Day 20: Hong Kong (part 2 of 2)

Slept very well again. Had an early start this day, fitting in 2 tours. The first took us all the way a temple, and talked about how little space there is for a physical grave, and if one does, one is only buried for a few years before dug up again, then replaced with someone else. Also how each animal in zodiac is represented by a number of gods/dieties, depending on the year. Then made our way to The New Territories, in the north?, where there lots of reserves and farmland.
Had a couple hours in between tours so while waiting, had lunch and a dip in the rooftop pool (heated of course).
The afternoon/night tour took us on a boat to another island, and had experience with fishing with no hook, only bamboo stick with a fish tied on the end, a look around the fishing village (which is on water), and ending w/ a delicious seafood meal.

this however was not on the menu...

sunset - view from the resturant

After dinner – watched the awesome light display,  held every evening @ 8pm from the boat…

light display from buildings, although this picture doesn't represent it very well...

And then a trip up to the top of Victoria Peak…

view from top... it was raining...
